Dear parent,
                      Happy Easter to you all! Your children kept me posted about all the fun they had during the break. We are still learning about the true meaning of Easter.
                      Just a quick reminder about the upcoming spell-a-thon, which is on Friday, April 22nd. Please try to get as many sponsors as you can. I have already sent you the spelling list, but in case you have misplaced it, come get another from me. In addition to the spelling list I will be giving three challenge words. These challenge words will be from the previous spelling test words.
                       Our annual Parish bake sale is on Sunday, May 1st. Mrs. Daniels, our room mother, will send you a reminder with details next Wednesday along with the homework. This is a mandatory fundraiser as the money is for our Kindergarten class materials. If you are unable to provide some goodies you are free to send in $5.00 instead.
