                                                                                                                      Jan. 10th 2014

Dear Kindergarten Parent,
Now that we have come to the halfway mark, I thought that this would be a good time to share with you some ideas on how you can help your child read and satisfactorily accomplish other activities in school and at home.
I will present to you the methods and techniques I use. The emphasis will be on math and reading. All of us realize the importance of reading and it always gives me great joy when I see and experience their progress from week to week. This will further help your child to be better readers and Mathematicians.
I invite you to attend the presentation of Wednesday, January 29th 2014. Please keep this day free. It will be held in the Kindergarten classroom from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Separately, our class will be celebrating Valentine's Day with a simple party the afternoon of  Friday FEbruary 14th 2014 from 1:30 -2:30 p.m. The children will be exchanging Valentine cards in the morning. Those of you wishing to participate inn the card exchange should bring 23 cards with only your child's name on it.   (e.g. from Holly)

p.s. Remember our mini Workshop is on Jan. 29th.
